1. Rental terms will vary from property to property depending on the owners' own terms. Each booking is to be made direct with the owner of the property. When you have decided which property to book we will put you in contact with the owner to arrange this.

2. When the booking has been accepted by both parties (ie deposit paid and booking confirmed) a binding contract comes into place between the lead member of the party (must be over 18) and the owner. The lead member is responsible for informing the other guests of all matters relating to the holiday

3. A Security Deposit may be required, which varies depending on owners' terms. If everything is in order then this will be refunded on departure, but the owner reserves the right to deduct appropriate amounts for breakages and damage, or if extra cleaning is necessary.

4. You must ensure that the premises are secure at all times.

5. We cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for death, injury or illness on holiday.

6. Properties must not be over-occupied. Please care for the property as if it is your own and leave in a clean and tidy state.

7. Unless otherwise stated there will be at least an electric/gas hob, sink with hot and cold water, washing machine, refrigerator, adequate cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and other household equipment to a reasonable standard for holiday use and adequate for the number of people the house is designed to accomodate. The properties have modern bathrooms with shower or bath with hot and cold running water.

8. Pets are only acceptable by prior arrangement

9. We recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance and also bring an E111 form (EHIC) - application forms obtainable from the Post Office.

10. Due to unforeseen circumstances properties may become unavailable, should this unlikely event occur lecrinholidays.co.uk will assist in finding alternative accommodation. We are not responsible for any losses in relation to this.

11. Lecrinholidays.co.uk assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the published pages on this website. We rely on information given to us by the owner and cannot guarantee the cleanliness/condition of the property. We make an effort to keep the availability calendars up to date, but as the properties are advertised on other sites too, we cannot guarantee the dates until confirmed by the owner.
