We offer a property management service for taking extra care of your holiday home here in the Lecrin Valley. We offer a personal service taking care of the meet and greet, cleaning, laundry and post-holiday checks, with all-inclusive prices as follows:

1 bedroom property - 40 euros per let
2 bedroom property - 50 euros per let
3 bedroom property 70 euros per let

We can do regular checks on your property while it is empty for your peace of mind, giving regular reports back via emailand arrange/meet tradesman when you have work that needs doing. There is a small monthly fee for this if there is no let during the month.
