This well-renovated house has all the charm of a traditional Andalucian casa, but with all the modern facilities to make the perfect holiday. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/diner/living room. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker with oven, and in the sitting area there is a wood burning stove making it ideal for autumn and winter lets too. On this floor there is also bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower/bath. There is a communal garden and large swimming pool (10 x 5m) shared with several other houses. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and a sun terrace with terrace furniture.

All linen, electricity, gas, cleaning, extra linen for a 2nd week is included. There is a small charge of 20 euros payable in the winter for firewood.
