Situated in it's own 28 acres of land, the villa is extremely private, not overlooked, with a huge south-facing patio and gorgeous pool. Just imagine picking your own fruit such as peaches and fresh figs for breakfast and enjoying it by the pool, with just the sounds of the gentle warm breeze in the trees. Upstairs is a study area, with high speed internet access, a full size second sitting room with widescreen TV and full surround sound TV system as well as four full size bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom. Also downstairs is a full size sitting room with feature fire place, huge kitchen and dining area, fully fitted with cherry-wood and granite and all modcons, all utensils and equipment you would ever need As It is suitable for groups or 2 families sharing, with enough space to satisfy everyone. All in all, everything you want for a truly memorable holiday.

Property Information

General : Linen and towels included. Cleaning once a week. Further cleaning available at cost, washing machine for self service.
Kitchen/Dining : Stunning fully fitted cherry-wood kitchen, overlooking patio and pool through patio doors. All appliances and utensils, including American style larder fridge, chest freezer, microwave etc.
Utility Area : Washing machine, 3rd fridge.
Lounge 1 : Downstairs- Corner suite, coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD and CD player.
Lounge 2 : Upstairs, superwide flatscreen TV, SKY Satellite, stereo surround sound system, double and triple soft-back sofa, coffee table, lamps, sideboards etc
Bathrooms : Main bathroom upstairs, bidet and power-shower
2nd bathroom downstairs, bath and shower combo
Bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and a single.

Swimming Pool : Pool is salinated (one sixth the strength of sea water, so just the slightest pleasant tang on the lips!), not chlorinated, just as hygienic but far superior to swim in, no stinging eyes here! Pool area not protected so babies and young children must be supervised at ALL TIMES!
Outside : Patio sets and chairs, huge patio.
Other : Outside 40 foot storage room houses solar equipment and generator. High power usage equipment (oven, iron etc) which drains the solar will need the generator running simultaneously. This must run for the pool filter system for 4-6 hours a week. Welcome pack of cold beer, coke, bread and basics on arrival FOC. Not currently suitable for wheelchairs, but some access should be shortly available.
Heating : Central heating for cooler days, room fans for summer.
Notes : 25% booking fee holds the villa, balance 4 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings payable on acceptance. £200 refundable deposit for each booking.
