A newly restored compact apartment situated above the owner's residence but with it's own separate entrance and outdoor terrace area, sleeping up to 4 persons. Nestling in the beautiful and verdant valley of the Rio Durcal in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, in a rural situation, but just 5 minutes drive from the small town of Durcal, with shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for walking and hiking or just to get away from it all. Car hire is necessary as this is a rural location. There is a swimming pool available for you to use, swimming is at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times. Pool depth is between 1.5 and 2 metres.The kitchen includes a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster and a kettle. An initial welcome pack is included containing milk, tea, coffee, bread etc.
(Additional notes: The pool is private, shared only with owner, subject to weather/season. Swimming is entirely at own risk. Available for smokers (but not in the apartment though-sorry), pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. Oil filled radiators provided in
colder weather)
