Casa Torre is a typical whitewashed Spanish house that has just been completely refurbished in a traditional manner and consists of 4 floors from the basement bedroom up to the roof terrace which is one of the highest in the village overlooking stunning mountainous views where you can sit and relax. The basement bedroom has twin beds with en-suite bathroom with a door that leads outside onto a side path for personal access.  A spiral staircase leads up to the ground floor with its lovely typical Spanish kitchen with all modern appliances and a traditional beamed lounge area with sofa, table and chairs and DVD player. The spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom also with en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Lecrin Valley then up to the roof terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture which is one of the highest views in the village overlooking stunning mountainous scenery. Within 30 minutes you can be out of Granada Airport relaxing in the quiet tranquil village of Acequias sitting with a glass of wine in one hand and a good book in the other!!!!  This property can be booked with Casa de la Victoria with private rooftop swimming pool for up to 12 guests
Inside: The kitchen is fully equipped, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the kitchen accessories you'll need, there are 2 en-suite wetrooms with showers, WC and handbasins.
Notes: Car Hire recommended. No Pets, Not suitable for infirm or young children, due to the spiral staircase through the house. for longer lets contact us for more prices.
Acequias is a quiet small unspoilt Spanish village where the fresh bread and fish is brought to the village twice a day with a mini market on the plaza on Wednesday evenings. A lazy 20 minute walk along a picturesque path leads you to the next village where there are numerous Spanish bars and a five minute drive takes you to the towns of Durcal or Lecrin where you have all the amenities you require including markets for fresh vegetables and clothing, Spanish bars, shopping facilities, 24 hr Doctors, and Pharmacists.
