Casa Puerta Azul is a charming village property tucked away in a quiet corner of Albuñuelas. It has recently been restored using traditional materials. The ground floor is open plan, and the upper floors have three pretty bedrooms and a wonderful roof terrace with views out over the village. This is a great house for a family wanting to be a part of a traditional Andalucian village, and still having the privacy of the private pool and sun-trap roof terrace. There are storage heaters making it ideal for winter use. Outside there is a secluded courtyard with pool (4x3x1,75m) On the first floor we have a twin bedded and double room (with sofa bed), en-suite bath and shower, bathroom with shower over. The second floor has a small double bedroom with double bed, roof terrace with pergola and kitchenette. Access by car is not available directly to the door but parking is just several minutes away

Notes: Children welcome (high chair and cot available on request) long term renters welcome, low allergen environment, non smoking only, pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. Car hire recommended.
Personal safety: Children are welcome but please note that this is a traditional andalucian house with hard tiled floors and stairs, without safety gates. The pool (4m x 3m x1,75m) in the courtyard does not have a shallow end, so armbands and close supervision will be needed.

Rental notes: HEATING SUPPLEMENT of 100 euros per week for storage and electrical heaters and one delivery of firewood HAS BEEN INCLUDED for the WINTER PERIOD November to March, optional by pre-arrangement April, May, Sept and October.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday but ask if other days are possible. Part weeks are charged as 20% of the weekly price per day. Payment in sterling accepted at rate agreed at time of booking. All prices include fresh bed linen and towels changed weekly, Electricity and bottled gas included. The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival and our representative will be available to help you
25% non-refundable deposit at booking. Minimum £100. Full payment required 6 weeks before rental. 250 euros will be needed as a damage deposit with final payment unless deposit is paid by a credit card. More details from our local agent will be given with any booking enquiry.
