This newly completed village house is spacious, light and airy and has the most stunning views across the Rio Santo gorge in Albuñuelas. It has all the modern amenities you would need, yet retaining the traditional charm of the Andalucian village houses found here. The house is well-equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning making it ideal for all year round lets. There is a large lounge/dining area with comfy sofas and with TV & SKY satellite. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. The special feature of the house is that the owners have paid special attention to it being child-friendly, with safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and also at the top of the stairs up to the entrance. There is also a travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. For summer there is a communal pool shared by this small group of houses and also a terrace area perfect for soaking up the sun. A secure underground car park space is included rather than having to find a space on the narrow village streets.
