A pretty cottage, in the upper barrio of Pinos Del Valle, close to the bakery, on 3 floors with a wood-burning stove and portable heaters, making it ideal for winter lets also - escape the British winter or even ski in the Sierra Nevada. Renovated to a high standard in 2002, it has satellite TV which receives English stations and is fully equipped with all you would need for your stay.
Inside: Kitchen with hob, fridge, juicer, kettle.
Outside: Cool inner patio, 21m2 sun terrace, 4 chairs, 2 sun beds, 2 sun chairs, barbecue, parasol and 2 beach chairs.
Notes: A 20% deposit is required on booking then the remainder by arrangement. Visits can be as short or long as you wish. Cleaning included. Pets accepted. Non- smoking. There will be an extra charge for heating/logs during the winter season
