This very attractive house is light and airy inside. It is in the centre of this lovely village, very close to supermarkets and the bakers for fresh bread every morning. There are also bars, banks and restaurants near to the property. the house is on three floors with a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor, fully equipped with everything you need for 4 guests. On the ground floor there is also a small outside patio with BBQ and a WC/cloakroom. On the next floor there is a double room and a twin bedded room and there is also a full size bathroom with bath and shower over. A spacious high beamed ceiling sitting room is on the top floor, which also opens onto the top terrace with beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada. This village is on the famous GR7 route for walking the Alpujarras. A book of information and maps is provided in the house. Please note this is a no smoking house. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the area although not essential.
Inside: The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, water softener, iron/ironing board, also lovely china from Poole Pottery. Adjacent is the dining area with wood burner and table/seating for 4 persons. The living area up stairs has a sofa and 2 easy chairs, fan, tables, radiators, Hi-fi system, TV, DVD and any books and games. Outside there is a large terrace, BBQ, table and chairs, and a sun umbrella.
Notes: Pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm because of Andalucian stairs although not too difficult, wheelchair inaccessible. Not recommended for children under 5. Extended stay rental prices on request.
Information on safety aspects: The boiler is serviced annually, there is a smoke alarm and fire blanket.

Notes: The price includes electricity, gas, firewood, linen and towels. A deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking, with the balance being paid for 4 weeks before departure.
