Traditionally restored in typical Andalucian style with beamed ceilings, cool teracotta floors and beautiful shuttered windows. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, 5 ring hob, washing-machine, microwave, fridge, living/dining room with balcony, and two bedrooms, one double with balcony offering views of the mountains and one twin bedded room also with balcony. The roof terrace is partly covered for shade and is equipped with dining table and chairs, ideal for dining outdoors with the stunning backdrop of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada and the lush valley below. A friendly local bar, a restaurant and a mini-supermarket are all within 200mts, in this unspoilt part of Andalucia. The area is a paradise for walkers and bird-watchers. The climate is different too – in summer it’s hot, but nights are cooler than and less humid than the coast. To enjoy all this area has to offer, car hire is recommended.

Notes: Minimum stay/cost 4 nights. Long term renters welcome, pets considered, unsuitable for young children,elderly or infirm (steep stairs), wheelchair inaccessible. Car hire recommended.
Our agent Sarah Frangleton will meet you on arrival (unless it's the middle of the night). You will need to let us know your estimated time of arrival. If you don't wish to commit yourself to a time then we make arrangements for you to pick up the key on arrival. Sarah is available at all times to assist with any problems, or just to chat about the area. She knows many interesting and beautiful places that never appear in any guide. Some basic provisions will be ready in the fridge when you arrive, beds made up etc. Please note - Sarah will have made a special journey to the house to meet you - if you decide to break your journey at a restaurant or are delayed for any reason please let us know.We can be flexible with dates - additional days are calculated as a fifth of the weekly rate - e.g a 10 night stay (one week + 3 days) in June would be £320. Because many of our overheads are fixed there is a minimum stay cost of 4x the daily rate - so a stay of 3 nights or less in June would be £160.
