A superb example of a traditional Spanish villagehouse with beamed ceilings, located in the Moorish white village of Saleres in the Lecrin Valley Andalucia. The house itself is a newly built but in keeping with the Andalucian style. It has been finished to a very high standard, built over two floors with a lovely courtyard with heated pool - dimensions 3 x 4.5m Depth 2m at deep end, the courtyard has lovely pebble feature paving. There is a roof terrace with table/chairs, sunbeds, tower roof with music system, washing machine but best of all amazing views of the valley and the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Casa Colmena has two Bedrooms and luxury bathroom with WC, handbasin and power shower. Sleeps up to 6 people. (sofa-bed in lounge). It has satellite TV, DVD, and an open fire in the lounge, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, oven/hob/extractor, dishwasher. Please note this is a non-smoking house.
