A pretty villagehouse, in a superb location amidst stunning scenery, sympathetically restored with traditional beams throughout. The house is centrally located in the village close to the bank with ATM, pharmacy, small supermarket, and Bar Venecia (free tapas!). There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a sitting room with fireplace making it ideal for letting all year round. Upstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, and adjacent to this is the dining area which seats 6, with the main sitting room opening up onto the breakfast terrace. Above is a spacious roof terrace with views over the village and beyond to the mountains. This is a beautiful area with its own microclimate. Orange and lemon groves abound, and almond trees blossom from February, jasmine flowers in summer. The climate is warm in the daytime all year round, but nights can be cold from December to March. There is a series of 12 local walks of varying length and difficulty - details in the house.
